What is your return policy?
We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we want the chance to make it right. Items can be returned for refund within 30 days of original purchase, minus up to a 15% re-stocking fee. Pink Zone does not refund the shipping fee on returned items. When returning an item, please fill out the return item form included in your purchase AND the original invoice. The original invoice must be included with your return package. There are NO returns for accessories, cosmetics, swimwear and intimate apparel. You will receive a refund to the account we have on file within 7 to 10 days of us receiving the return package. Your financial institution may take additional days to process the return. An email will be sent to the email address we have on file when this process has taken place. What is your exchange policy?
Pink Zone does not currently offer formal exchanges through our online store. If you would like to exchange your purchase for something else, please purchase the new item and follow the instructions for return for your previously purchased item. If you need any assistance with this process, please contact us via phone or email, have your order number ready and we will be happy to help.
What if I receive a defective or wrong item?
If you feel an item was sent to you in error or was damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please keep a record of your order number. We may require photographic proof of the erroneous item. Once we have received this proof, we will issue a pre-paid shipping label to send the order back to us. A refund will be issued to the account we have on file within 7 to 10 business days of us receiving the package. Your banking institution may take additional days to process the refund.
What if my package was undeliverable or refused?
Refused and undeliverable packages are all subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable in these instances.
What are my shipping options?
We offer our customers shipping options via the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS offers options from Standard Ground Shipping to Expedited Overnight Shipping, with specified request. Please contact us before you make your purchase to see if an overnight shipping option is available. These rates will vary. To calculate your shipping rate, simply go to the checkout page when you have finished adding items to your cart, choose the method in which you wish your order to be shipped and the rate will be added to your total purchase cost. We are not responsible for unforeseen weather or other delays once your package has been shipped from our warehouse.
STANDARD USPS PRIORITY: This shipping option usually ships within 5 to 7 business days (not including weekends, holidays or unforeseen delays).
Does Pink Zone ship internationally?
Currently, Pink Zone only ships within the United States (Alaska, Hawaii) and selected US territories (Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands). For additional shipping considerations, please contact us via phone or email.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Your order will be packed and shipped within 24 hours of your account being verified and charged. This does not included weekends or holidays. If you have any concerns or changes for your order, please contact us immediately by phone. We process order as quickly as possible and no changes can occur after your package is sent from our warehouse.
How can I track my order?
Once your purchase has been verified, you will receive an email confirming your order. This will include a link to the site of the shipping method you have chosen with a unique tracking number. This tracking number will help you verify which phase of shipping your order is in.
My bank statement says I was charged twice—was I?
No. You are looking at an “authorization” on your statement. This is NOT an additional charge. Your financial institution will put an authorization on your account to ensure there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase amount and to help protect against fraudulent charges. The time it takes to clear this authorization will vary from institution to institution. Please contact your credit card company or bank for more information or assistance with this matter, as we are not responsible for credit card authorizations.
How can I make a change to my order or add additional items?
Once your purchase is verified, we process and pack your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, if there are any changes or additional items you’d like to add, please contact us via phone or email as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, after an order is processed, no changes can be made, but by contacting us, we will do our best to assist you in choosing the most efficient next step.
Do you receive new shipments of “sold-out” items?
Sometimes. In general, we do receive repeat shipments of sold-out basic items, such as basic tee shirts and yoga pants. Sold-out non-basic items can be difficult for us to receive repeat shipments, as they often are not continually being manufactured. If you would like to be notified when a previously sold-out item becomes available, please contact us via email and we will send you an email alert.
Why am I being charged sales tax?
Pink Zone is a company whose business license is registered in California, who requires a sales tax to be charged and paid to the state. We are required to charge this tax to customers to stay in compliance with our state laws.
Can I return or exchange an item I purchased online in a Pink Zone store?
No. Pink Zone online and Pink Zone stores are entirely separate entities with their own policies, inventory and staff. All items purchased online can only be returned online and all items purchased in a Pink Zone store location can only be considered for return and exchange in a Pink Zone store location. How do I purchase a Pink Zone gift card online?
You can purchase a Pink Zone gift card by clicking here and choosing the amount and quantities of cards you would like to purchase. These cards are currently only redeemable in any of our seven physical locations and NOT currently redeemable within our online store. A great way to purchase gifts online is to have the giftee create a wishlist, have it emailed to you, and list the giftee’s address as the shipping address.
How do I know what size I should choose?
Due to the vast variety of different brands we carry, the sizing of items can range quite a bit. However, in general:
Size SMALL:
Size SMALL will generally fit a US ladies dress size 2 to size 4.
Size SMALL will also generally fit a US designer size 25 to size 26.
Size SMALL will also generally fit US Juniors size 0, size 1 and size 3.
Size SMALL will also generally fit a UK size 4 and size 6.
Size SMALL will also generally fit a European size 32 and size 34.
Size MEDIUM:
Size MEDIUM will generally fit a US ladies dress size 4 to size 6.
Size MEDIUM will also generally fit a US designer size 27 to 28.
Size MEDIUM will also generally fit a Juniors size 5 and size 7.
Size MEDIUM will also generally fit a UK size 6 and size 8.
Size MEDIUM will also generally fit a European size 34 and size 36.
Size LARGE:
Size LARGE will generally fit a US ladies dress size 6 to size 8.
Size LARGE will also generally fit US designer size 29 to 30.
Size LARGE will also generally fit a Juniors size 9 and size 11.

What is your Privacy Policy?
We take your right to privacy seriously and want you to feel comfortable using our web site. This Privacy Policy deals with personally identifiable information that may be collected by us on our site.
